- Providing Alternative Raw Materials: because we’ve been in the automotive industry for so long, we have the advantage of being able to not just execute but evaluate your designs and recommend suitable alternative materials that still meet your requirements. Frequently, we are able to save customers money on their projects by using different quality nickel or aluminum in place of traditionally used chrome.
- Achieving High Precision: we understand that, in certain applications like parts used in safety devices, meeting close tolerance levels can mean the difference between life and death or serious injury. In the past, when approached by a customer requiring a tolerance level our existing equipment couldn’t attain, rather than passing on the job, we invested in better equipment and passed the benefits down to future clients as well.
- Stocking for Unexpected Demand: many of our automotive customers have discovered that their demand can be volatile, changing quickly and without warning. In response, for qualified customers, we will work with you to forecast and update yearly anticipated demand, manufacture and stock a percentage above that demand, and monitor raw material availability, notifying you of shifts promptly to allow for alternate arrangements.
